CEDT is a "maker space/open access lab" run by Prof. Dhananjay Gadre at Netaji Subhas Institute of technology (NSIT) New Delhi. Here we work towards making our own projects to get a hands on experience for every step from start to finish. We also make pedagogy material for others to work on and learn, and hold regular workshops at our college for spreading knowledge. The longest continuing program we hold thrice a year is our TI-CEPD summer/winter program, where we try to give a kick start into the world of embedded systems.

Education

Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, University of Delhi[link]

Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, Formerly known as Delhi Institute of Technology (DIT) falls under the Faculty of Technology of Delhi University. NSIT is one of the premier Technical institutes in India situated in New Delhi. NSIT has consistently been ranked among the TOP 10 in India by various nation wide surveys.

Volunteer Experience

Texas Instruments Centre for Embedded Product Design

This is a summer internship program we hold at TI-CEPD(http://cepd.in/) NSIT, and Teach from scratch the basics of electronics to the beginning of embedded systems to more than a hundred people every program. All the participants are supposed to implement a stand alone project of their choice, and for which we mentor them throughout the process. I Mentored in Beagle Bone Track. Other tracks which were offered are MSP430 and TIVA C.
